Junior Karate (3 - 9 yrs): 10AM

Senior Karate (10 - 14 yrs): 10:45AM Junior Boxing (6 - 12 years): 10:45AM

Junior Kickboxing (6 - 9 yrs): 11:35AM

Boxing (13+ years): 12:00PM

Senior Kickboxing (10 - 14 yrs): 12:15PM

Adult Kickboxing (15+ yrs): 1:10PM

Tuesday, 09th June 2026: Classes return to normal
