MEMBERSHIP TERMS & CONDITIONS
It’s a condition of enrolment that members are aware of and agree to abide by the Warriors Martial Arts terms and conditions. We also expect students under 18 years, and parents on their behalf, to read and understand these terms and conditions.

Warriors Martial Arts offers two membership types — an upfront membership or a fortnightly direct debit membership. Respectfully, practising members must be financial members.
All membership fees must be paid in full as agreed. Members acknowledge that all fees are paid via direct debit two (2) weeks in advance, or 6- or 12- months upfront. Members also understand and agree that sufficient funds must be in your nominated account by the due date to enable the direct debit to be honoured on the debit date.

Warriors Martial Arts staff are trained to explain to you the terms and conditions of our memberships, to ensure that you make an informed decision when joining Warriors Martial Arts for your training needs. Membership fees are calculated over a 12-month period irrespective of holidays. To clarify, Warriors Martial Arts is closed on public holidays, membership fees for that fortnight will not be adjusted any further.

All members understand that the purchase of either an upfront membership or a fortnightly direct debit membership provides you access to Warriors Martial Arts classes, in accordance with the Warriors Martial Arts membership purchased, rather than the attendance of those classes. Fees are ongoing regardless of how much or how often you access or use your membership, and unattended classes cannot be redeemed/refunded/transferred for use at a later date.
Furthermore, members acknowledge and understand that Warriors Martial Arts do not provide ‘make-up’ classes in the event you do not attend your allocated class for any period of time. Members acknowledge that it is their prerogative to attend classes as often or as frequently as they desire, on their allocated class days.

Terms and conditions are subject to change without notice and posted on www.warriorsmartialarts.com.au. New conditions are effective immediately from the date of change. Members are encouraged to check the terms and conditions regularly via our website to ensure they are up to date with the terms and conditions of membership at Warriors Martial Arts.
