Monday, 9 March 2026:

Karate (3 - 9 yrs): 9:30AM

Karate (10 - 14 yrs): 10:10AM

Boxing (13+ years): 10:30AM

Kickboxing (5 - 12 yrs): 11:00AM

Kickboxing (13+ yrs): 11:50AM

Tuesday, 10th March 2026: Classes return to normal
