Just a quick note as we will have an amended timetable for the upcoming Public Holiday on Friday, 27 September 2024.

Friday, 27 September 2024:

9AM: Junior Karate (4 - 7 years)

9:45AM: Senior Karate (8 - 12 years)

10:30AM: Adult Karate (13+ years)

10:30AM: BoxFit (13+ years)

Saturday, 28 September 2024: Classes return to normal
