9:00 AM: Junior Karate (4 - 7 years)

9:45 AM: Senior Karate (8 - 12 years)

10:45 AM: Adult Karate (13+ years)

Saturday, 27 January 2024:

9:15 AM: BoxFit

10:25 AM: Junior Karate (4 - 7 years)

11:05 AM: Senior Karate (8 - 12 years)

12:00 Noon: Junior MMA (6 - 12 years)

12:45 PM: MMA (13+ years)

Monday, 29 January 2024: Classes return to normal
