COMPETITION AT
WARRIORS
For those ready to compete, Warriors sets you up for success.
We don't just train - we build disciplined athletes ready to perform when it matters.

A WARRIORS ATHLETE
Competing at Warriors is more than just stepping into the ring or onto the mats — It’s about discipline, consistency, and learning how to handle and perform under pressure.

Our competition students train with intent — building the skills, fitness, and mindset needed to perform when it matters.

CHAMPIONS DO NOT BECOME CHAMPIONS WHEN THEY WIN THE EVENT, BUT IN THE HOURS, WEEKS, MONTHS AND YEARS THEY SPEND PREPARING FOR IT.
- T. Alan Armstrong

BUILDING IT UP
At Warriors, we don’t rush students into competition. While competing may not be for everyone, for those who express interest, everything is built step by step — from strong fundamentals to the right mindset and conditioning.

Our approach is structured and honest. We focus on real skill development, controlled sparring, commitment and consistency in training, and making sure each student is properly prepared before they step into competition.

Our students regularly compete locally, at state and national levels, and internationally.
At the 2025 IKON Championships held in Taiwan, a team of five athletes represented both Warriors Martial Arts and Australia, achieving three first-place finishes and two second-place finishes in their divisions.

With experienced coaching and a strong team environment, our students are supported every step of the way — both in training and on competition day.

THE GOAL IS NOT TO BE BETTER THAN THE OTHER MAN, BUT TO BE BETTER THAN YOUR PREVIOUS SELF.

Former UFC Champion

MORE THAN JUST WINNING
One of the key principles we teach our competitors is that results aren’t the focus — they’re a by-product of the work put in. What matters most is how they perform on the mats or in the ring — staying focused on their goal, applying the techniques and strategies they’ve been working on, and doing so under pressure.

Through preparing for and stepping into competition, students build confidence, learn how to handle pressure, and develop a stronger sense of discipline through consistency and commitment.

They learn to set goals, stay consistent, and push through challenges — whether things go their way or not.

Win or lose, every competition helps them grow as an athlete and an individual.
