Booking Policy
● Bookings: Can be made up to 3 weeks in advance. ● Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 6 hours before the booking start time will be eligible for a refund upon request. Refunds are not issued automatically and will be processed manually through our payment provider after cancellation is confirmed. Please allow the payment provider’s standard timeframe (usually 3–10 business days) for funds to return to your account. ● Rescheduling: Possible up to 1 hour before your class begins (subject to availability). How to make changes: Manage your booking in the Customer Area on our website by logging in with the same email you used to book, then heading to your booking. ● One trial per program: Each person can book one trial per program only. ● Second class in the same program: A casual session fee of $35 applies. Call to book. If you have already paid for a second trial online, your $10 trial payment will be deducted from this fee, and the balance can be paid in person when you arrive. ● No-shows: No refunds or reschedules will be arranged if you fail to attend without notice.
