TRAIN WITH PURPOSE
Our Senior Boxing program is designed for teenagers and adults aged 13 years and over who want to train the sport of boxing in a focused and disciplined environment. Whether your goal is fitness, skill development, sparring, or competition, our classes provide authentic boxing training that challenges both body and mind.
Led by Coach Meysam, a qualified and registered boxing coach with Boxing Australia, students learn authentic boxing fundamentals alongside modern training methods and advanced technical concepts. Classes focus on footwork, movement, defence, punching mechanics, ring awareness, conditioning, and strategy, helping students develop a complete understanding of the sport while continually refining their skills.
Training is demanding, rewarding, and designed to help students reach their individual goals. Some members aspire to compete, while others simply enjoy the challenge of learning a genuine combat sport and pushing themselves to improve. Regardless of experience level, every student is encouraged to train hard, stay disciplined, and pursue continuous growth.
While the atmosphere is focused and professional, beginners are always welcome. You don't need any prior experience to get started—just a willingness to learn. Our coaching team will guide you through the fundamentals and help you build confidence and skills at a pace that suits your experience and goals.
