SARAH RANJBAKHSH

Trainer, Nutritionist (MHumNtr)

Sarah began her Kyokushin journey in 2008 and started teaching shortly after earning her black belt in 2013, quickly discovering her passion for mentoring students. She has been an integral part of Warriors Martial Arts since its foundation in 2015, playing a key role in developing and implementing many of the junior programs. She is especially passionate about helping children develop confidence, stay active, and have fun through martial arts.

 

In June 2025, Sarah achieved her Nidan (2nd-degree black belt), a testament to her dedication, perseverance, and continuous growth in the art.​ Sarah has competed in both full-contact and kata divisions, most recently at the IKON International Friendship Karate Championship held in Taiwan in December 2025, and the IKOKU World Cup held in the Gold Coast, November 2025.

In addition to her martial arts achievements, Sarah holds a Master’s degree in Nutrition. She enjoys combining her expertise in fitness and nutrition to help students and families understand the benefits of healthier eating for optimal performance and well-being. Sarah’s experience, care, and professionalism make her a vital part of the Warriors team, both on and off the mats.
