JUNIOR BOXING

A boxing program designed specifically for children aged 6 – 12 years, combining authentic boxing training with a strong focus on confidence, discipline, fitness, and personal development. Learn proper boxing fundamentals in a safe, supportive environment while developing coordination, resilience, self-control, and the skills to succeed both inside and outside the gym.

FOUNDATIONS OF A CHAMPION

Our Junior Boxing program is designed specifically for children aged 6 to 12 years and provides a fun, structured introduction to the sport of boxing. As children grow, they begin developing greater coordination, focus, and self-discipline, making this the ideal age to learn proper boxing fundamentals in a safe and supportive environment.

Through a combination of technique drills, fitness exercises, partner activities, and boxing-specific training, students develop important skills such as balance, coordination, agility, fitness, and concentration. Classes are designed to keep students engaged while helping them build confidence, resilience, and a strong work ethic.

While students learn authentic boxing skills including footwork, movement, defence, and punching technique, our focus extends well beyond the physical aspects of the sport. We use boxing as a vehicle to teach discipline, respect, perseverance, and self-control, helping students develop skills that benefit them both inside and outside the gym.
