YOGA WITH NIKI

Passionate about movement, health and well-being, Niki is a certified Yoga Instructor and has been a practitioner for over four years.

Specialising in Vinyasa and Pranayama yoga, these are characterised by stringing postures together so that you can move from one to another seamlessly, using breath. 

Niki's aim is for students to discover their own journey of yoga by bringing joy and mindfulness.

WHAT IS VINYASA YOGA?

Vinyasa Yoga links movement and breath to attain balance in the mind and body. It aligns a deliberate sequence of poses, or asanas, together in a fluid smooth way to enhance core stability, improve flexibility, improve cardiovascular health, and calm the mind.

WHAT IS PRANAYAMA YOGA?

Pranayama is a breathing exercise which clears the physical and emotional obstacles to free the breath and so flow the prana - life energy. Regular and sustained practice of Pranayama can supercharge your whole body, decrease stress, increase mindfulness and enhance brain function.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Classes with Niki can be enjoyed by all Yogi's from beginner to advanced, where students can explore and discover connection with their inner-self. Niki's classes focus on a creative, flowing movement, and connecting with the body while calming the mind. Classes with Niki allow students to stretch out, increase flexibility, health and fitness, while relieving tension, therefore creating deeper awareness, understanding and acceptance of self. ​
